Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the dd89 platform (accessible at dd89.vip), you enter into a binding agreement with dd89. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the platform and all associated services, including sports betting, live casino, slot games, crash games, and any promotions or bonuses offered by dd89 from time to time.

Your continued use of the dd89 platform after any modification to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. If you disagree with any changes, you must immediately discontinue your use of dd89.

Section 2

Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the dd89 platform, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. dd89 strictly prohibits access to minors or individuals under the age of 21.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must register using accurate and truthful personal information. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• You must not already hold an active account on dd89. Only one account per individual is permitted under any circumstances.

Section 3

Account Registration and Security

When registering an account with dd89, you must provide a valid Bangladesh mobile number, a unique username, and a secure password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. dd89 will never ask you for your password by email, phone, or any other channel.

dd89 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time, including at the point of withdrawal. Account verification may require submission of a national identity document (NID), passport, or other supporting documentation. Accounts that fail verification may be suspended or closed, and pending withdrawals may be held pending resolution.

• You must notify dd89 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• dd89 is not liable for losses arising from your failure to secure your login credentials.
• You may not transfer, sell, or assign your account to any other person.
• dd89 reserves the right to close any account it reasonably suspects is being used fraudulently, in bad faith, or in breach of these terms.

Section 4

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on dd89 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). dd89 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and local bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other participating institutions. Minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Minimum withdrawal amount may vary and will be displayed in your account dashboard at the time of request.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. dd89 processes withdrawal requests as promptly as operationally possible, but processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and any applicable verification requirements. dd89 does not charge fees on standard deposit or withdrawal transactions; however, your mobile wallet or bank provider may apply their own transaction fees independently.

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible.
• dd89 reserves the right to reverse or void transactions it reasonably suspects were made fraudulently or in error.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.

Section 5

Bonuses and Promotions

dd89 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, and IPL. All bonuses and promotions are subject to these Terms & Conditions and any additional terms specific to the individual promotion, which will be communicated at the time the promotion is made available.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses offered by dd89 unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:

• All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement (rollover) before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated on the promotion page.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except as permitted under the relevant wagering terms.
• dd89 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited and actively subject to wagering will not be retroactively removed.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including opening multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, or placing contradictory bets to reduce wagering risk — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus and associated winnings.

Section 6

Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on dd89 — including but not limited to sports betting markets, live casino tables (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Dragon Tiger), slot games, and crash games such as Aviator — are governed by the individual rules of each game as provided by the respective game provider. These rules are binding and take precedence in the event of any discrepancy between the displayed rules and player expectations. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with game rules before placing a wager.

All game outcomes on dd89 are produced by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems supplied by the game providers. dd89 does not manipulate game outcomes. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are set by the game providers and are not adjustable by dd89. Sports betting odds are set by dd89's trading team and may be updated in real time up to the moment a bet is accepted. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at the time of acceptance are binding.

Responsible Gaming

dd89 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from within your account settings:

Prohibited Activities

• Money laundering or using dd89 as a conduit for the movement of funds obtained through illegal activity.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the dd89 platform in ways not intended for human players.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploitation of technical errors are void and will not be paid out.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person for any purpose related to the dd89 platform.

Section 9

Intellectual Property

All content on the dd89 platform — including but not limited to the dd89 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces provided under licence from third-party game providers, and any other materials — is the property of dd89 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the dd89 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any dd89 content without prior written permission from dd89.

Section 10

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dd89 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, even if dd89 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. dd89's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

dd89 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service disruptions, and internet connectivity issues may affect platform availability. dd89 will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore service as quickly as possible in the event of an outage.

Section 11

Privacy and Data Protection

dd89 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also accept the terms of the Privacy Policy. dd89 uses your personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification (KYC), fraud prevention, payment processing, and communicating relevant platform updates and promotions to you. dd89 does not sell your personal data to third parties. All data is transmitted using SSL encryption and stored on secure servers. Section 12

Amendments to These Terms

dd89 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, dd89 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or in-platform notification prior to the change taking effect. The date of the most recent revision will be displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the dd89 platform following the publication of revised terms constitutes your acceptance of those terms. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and may request withdrawal of any available account balance.

Section 13

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming operations in the jurisdiction in which dd89 operates. In the event of a dispute, players are encouraged to first contact dd89 customer support at [email protected] to seek an amicable resolution. dd89 will review all disputes in good faith and aim to resolve them promptly. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through support, the matter will be escalated to dd89's management for final determination. dd89's management decision on any dispute shall be final and binding.
